We perform regular internal audits to ensure procedural compliance. We have a robust management review process in place to measure our systems effectiveness and identify ways to improve what we do and how we work to deliver the quality and service levels demanded by our customers.

Dongguan Grand Metal Company Limited(DGM)  is IATF 16949: 2016 accredited and our quality management system is annually assessed by an external registrar to confirm our continued compliance.

Our current certificate number is 0448562 was issued URS registrars and IATF on April 20 2022 and expires April 19, 2025
